Is there a way to lock the trailer to the tow vehicle ball with a Demco A-Frame cast head or standard head coupler? I dont see a pin hole for which to a lock.

There is indeed a pin lock for the Demco Cast Head Coupler w/ Jack Hole - eZ-Latch - 2" Ball # DM37ZR. In fact, there is one made specifically for this coupler, from InfiniteRule:
- InfiniteRule Lock for Demco eZ-Latch Trailer Couplers # IR66FR
Not only is this lock made for this coupler, but it is also extremely strong, with a tested shear strength of 42,000 lbs.
