Can you please tell me the difference between DM37Zr and DM14793-81

The only differences between the Demco eZ-Latch Couplers # DM37ZR and # DM14793-81 is that the former has integrated loop holes for installing safety chains and a about a 2" drop while the latter doesn't come with provisions for attaching the safety chains and has the coupler in-line with the trailer frame.
Aside from that everything else is the same.
