Yes, you can so long as your Demco EZ latch coupler is cast like item # DM14040-81 or item # DM37ZR. The InfiniteRule Lock for Demco eZ-Latch Trailer Couplers item # IR66FR works great with these couplers whether they're being towed or parked.
