What size and length safety chain and quick links do you suggest for a Demco DM37ZR a-frame couple attached to a maximum 3000lb three thousand cargo trailer? Thank you.

The length of safety chain will kind of depend on the length of your ball mount, but as a general rule of thumb you can use the 60" Curt Safety Chains with Latching Hooks # C19749 with the 10K Demco Cast Head Coupler w/ Jack Hole # DM37ZR.
These chains are rated for up to 5,000 lbs which works out for your trailer since at most it will weigh 3,000 lbs.
