Yes, Timbren suspension enhancement can be used along with a weight distribution hitch. However, you would not want to use the # TFRTT1504E. This is a severe service kit that is better suited for something like a slide-in camper or salt spreader. The # TFR1504E is the correct spring for your 2018 F-150.
The Timbren will provide extra support, but if ride quality is something you're concerned with I would go with the SumoSprings # SSR-117-47. The 1,500 lb weight capacity should be more than enough, and you won't have the harsh feel of the rubber Timbren aeon springs. The microcellular urethane construction of the SumoSprings will give you a much better experience overall. These fit 4WD models so if you have 2WD you will need the # SSR-116-47 instead.
