With the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C22UR for your 2022 Toyota Sienna having a round crosstube I recommend using the Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58003 which will attach to the end of the receiver tube. Using a No-Drill Mount Bracket # 18136 there is a chance it can slide on the round tube due to the weight of the 7-Way # ETBC7.
