Question:

When installing trailer wiring harness, Can I run the hot wire from battery under hood to hitch on rear through the inside of the cabin instead of under the car?

When running the power wire for a trailer wiring harness you can run it through the interior or underneath the vehicle to get to the battery under the hood. Whichever is easiest would work just fine. I attached a help article on this subject for you to check out as well.
