Kodiak Disc Brakes For 3,500 lb Axles on Travel Trailer

Question:

need replacement disk brakes for 2004/2005 fourwinds 2 axle trailer 2x3500lb. Looks like a 10-inch disk, the studs are in the hub, not the disk. Need calipers, disks and pads, so maybe just a completely new setup. Surge brakes, hydraulics. I think the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit K2R35D would be a direct bolt off/ bolt on replacement.

Appreciate the photos, they were great, and you are 100 percent right that the correct disc brake kit for you is the 3,500 lb kit from Kodiak:

- Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Rotor - 5 on 4-1/2 - Dacromet # K2R35D

The # K2R35D have the right size rotor, fit a 4-bolt mounting flange which your photo shows, and will slip on over the hub. This is the complete kit that includes all the parts needed for new brakes - the rotors, calipers (which come with brake pads), mounting brackets, and bolts so you're all set.
