Hello Rob, good question. The difference between the Caliper Brackets # KCMB10RD and # KCMB10HRD is the type of hubs they are intended to work with.
The # KCMB10RD should be used with calipers on disc brake assemblies with over-the-hub rotors like part # K2R35D.
The # KCMB10HRD should be used with 1-piece hub-and-rotor assemblies like part # KOD77FR.
