Caliper Mounting Bracket For Kodiak 225 Brake Caliper

Question:
The mounting Bracket for the Caliper brake holder got bent. I need to know if mine is the same one that is displayed KCMB 10RD, the only number on my bent mounting bracket holds a Kodiak 225 Caliper is very hard to read. I can not make out the 1st 2 digits the 3 one looks like 3-10-UA OUTSIDE. It appears to be the same size the Caliper bolt holes are 5inch 13/16. and the mount holes for the axle are 2inch 7/8 by 27/8. I am trying to make sure before I order.
