hi there- I have a 2003 dodge 2500 6.5 bed with a lance 865 slide in truck camper goes to the end of the tailgate,...what is the cheapest and best way to tow A 14 foot cargo trailer behind it? trailer has two axels.

Hey Jeff,
Depending on how much clearance you need from that tailgate is going to determine what kind of hitch extender you will need. Assuming you just have a factory 2" hitch receiver on your Ram you could go with the hitch extender # e48YR which is a 23-11/16" hitch. However an extender like this reduces your vehicles hitch capacity by 50%.
Another option is a TorkLift SuperTruss # TLE1521, however you need to have a TorkLift Superhitch installed on your vehicle in order to install this extender. If you just have a factory hitch this will not work. Let me know what kind of hitch is on your vehicle to see what works best.
