Question:
Cant remove padlock pin. Small door next to it is locked. No luck removing pin.

If the Trimax Heavy Duty Wheel Lock # TMX42ZR has been sitting outside for a long time, take some penetrating oil and spray quite a bit on the pin.
Chances are the pin and lock have slightly corroded together over time. I'd spray it down a few times to make sure the oil gets inside the lock, and you may need to use a dead blow or rubber mallet to hit the lock to get the corrosion to break up the rest of the way.
