A 2008 Ford F-250 wouldn't use the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1108 and not the # BWGNRK1111 that we previously talked about when you asked for information on removing the hitch from your old truck and transferring it to your new one. A 2016 Ford F-250 would be compatible with the # BWGNRK1111 and is not compatible with the # BWGNRK1108 so I would first verify what you actually have in your old truck before removing anything.

If you do have the # BWGNRK1108 then you would have to purchase a new # BWGNRK1111 in order to install a Turnoverball hitch in your 2016 Ford F-250.

The Air Lift LoadLifter kit part #AL88397 which is a confirmed fit for your 2005 Ford F-250 is perfectly compatible with the B and W Gooseneck hitch #BWGNRK1108-5W.
