For your 2008 Ford F-250 King Ranch with a B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57398 if your truck is 4WD or the # AL57397 if your truck is 2WD.
Both of these options are confirmed to work with your B&W hitch, and will give you 5000lbs of load leveling support when you are towing your gooseneck trailer or carrying a heavy payload.
To keep from having to manually inflate the air helper springs each time you are ready to tow I recommend adding an on-board air compressor like the # AL25856 which will allow you to adjust the air pressure in each of the helper springs from the comfort of your driver seat.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
