Since your trailer was made in 1981 you will need the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly item # K08-288-90 you were looking at. This trailer hub is designed for axles made before July of 2009 so unless you have replaced your axle in the last 15 years this is what you want. These are sold individually. You will need two per axle.
For a set of brakes you will want the Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Dust Shields item # AKEBRK-10. These self adjusting electric brakes are rated for 9,000 lbs and 10,000 lbs axles. You will need one set per axle.
If you would like to replace your mounting bolts you will want the Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12-1/4" Brake Assemblies item # BRKH122510. This will replace one axle's brake mounting bolts and hardware.
