will part # 2176 fit my 2012 cab chassis 4x4

I checked with Firestone and there are no air bag kits that fit the 2012 Ford F-350 cab and chassis models with 4 wheel drive but we do have other options.

If your truck is going to be used as a service vehicle such as an ambulance or utility vehicle then I recommend the 8600 pound capacity Timbren springs # TFR350TTCC. For non-service vehicles you can use the 6k rated springs # TFR350CC.

The great thing about these springs is that you will not have to add and remove air all the time. They do level the rear of the truck and work independently of each other. They will also reduce side to side body roll and improve ride quality. I have linked a help article on Timbren springs for you.
