Will this hitch work on my flatbed for the top of my ball is an inch and 3/16 Below the deck

The Gen-Y Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY98GR will fit with a flatbed gooseneck setup. I've attached a review that someone sent in for this exact same pin box where they're using it for the same type of application. It also looks like their gooseneck hitch ball is sitting a little lower than what yours is.
