A heavy front load can cause your vehicle to sag and throw off steering or braking. These SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs add up to 1,500 lbs of support at 50-percent compression to help keep your ride level and stable. They absorb bumps and shocks while helping your factory suspension bear the extra weight so handling feels steady and headlight aim stays right where it should.
No matter the road, these microcellular urethane springs cushion bumps and smooth out the ride. They compress easily for lighter loads to keep engagement soft, then stiffen automatically as weight increases for solid support when you need it. That progressive load control means comfort when unloaded and confidence when you’re carrying a heavy front-end load.

When curves or uneven loads push your vehicle off balance, each spring works on its own to keep both sides planted. This independent action helps reduce body roll and sway during sharp turns or crosswinds so steering feels more controlled and predictable on highways and mountain roads.
These durable microcellular urethane springs handle temperatures from -25 F to 200 F and resist oils, road salts, and UV rays. They compress vertically with minimal side expansion so they fit safely into tight spaces without damage. Once installed, they’re completely maintenance-free—no air lines, no pressure checks, just consistent support every time you drive.
The custom-fit design bolts straight into place with no drilling required. Perfect for a straightforward driveway install using basic tools, these jounce-style springs make upgrading your front suspension simple so you can get back on the road with better stability and comfort under load.

I’ve made several purchases from eTrailer and have been satisfied every time! Recently bought front and rear Sumo helper springs. Installation was a breeze. They have helped reduce the side to side sway caused by wind, freeway traffic and rough roads. So far im very happy with them.
Installed front Sumosprings yesterday but have not driven vehicle yet. The front have full contact with the A-frames.
Should help with van side-to-side sway.
Shopping around for a set to install on the rear as well.
These Sumo springs (as well as the ones I purchased for the rear of my RV) installed easily, fit perfectly and do a great job reducing vibration and improving ride quality. Very pleased.
2006 Dodge Ram 3500 SRW 5.9 Cummins 4x2
Original bump stops were dry rotted and almost not existent. Very easy install. Took about 30 minutes. The Sumo springs are engaged all the time. This may be due to the truck being a 4x2? You can feel the front end is stiffer over bumps and dips of the road, which I feel is ok and not extreme. Towing the 5th wheel I feel the truck handles better than before.
Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. The SumoSprings really improved the ride of our C Class RV. The only problem was one of the springs had cross threaded threads so I had to tap the treads to make it work. They were delivered in a plain brown box with no manufacture information or instructions. It makes believe the were a returned item, the previous purchaser couldn't get them to work either. I just had the tools and skill to correct the problem.
I recently purchased/installed SumoSprings for the front axle on my 2018 Thor Freedom Elite 28FE. Having previously purchased/installed SumoSprings for the rear axle I have to say that the overall improvement in ride/handling has exceeded my expectations. As always, etrailer provided valuable insights and prompt inquiries to my questions. The level of in-depth product knowledge amongst the etrailer staff is second to none. Thanks etrailer!
I have a Workhorse W22 chassis. I installed steering dampeners and HD sway bar to reduce the "loose" steering. After installing the SumoSprings Front Spring helpers on the front end, 90% of the looseness on the front end disappeared. It is now a pleasure to drive. Very little sway from passing trucks and cross winds. I will be installing a set on the rear this year.
Super easy to install maybe 30 minutes for all 4
Fronts were done from above with wheel turned full right or left and load off that side with jack, rears jack to take off load only used large flat head screw drive to remove replace
improved side to side roll/sway ride is firmer went with the black capacity maybe yellow on rear if loads increase
Product is great, exceeded my expectations. Install is simple and straightforward. It’s a night and day difference in both the body roll and the handling small bumps all the way up to off-road conditions.
What most new RV owners don't know is that the chassis that their new mobile home sits on barely has the equipment to support that new home. Adding SumpSprings is going to improve your ride and help support the structure of your home. FYI, use a jack on the leaf springs to help align the holes on the bracket to the ones on the frame.
They work great
Received delivery on time-also it is very easy to instal. Springs fixed my problem!
Seem like a great product, easy to put on bought them so I could put Plow on my truck. To be honest I put the plow on and have yet to use it because of the weather with little snow and no use for the truck yet!
Everything was great but the most impressive part of this Company is their Customer Service. In particular, Vicki N was very helpful and professional when ordering my parts.
This install could not of been any easier! Both fronts with truck on Jack stands and wheels off took :10 min total…
Easy to install with basic hand tools. Did not need the spacer on my install since the springs sat right on the axle after I let the jack down. Ride(bumps) and cornering seems to be much better/less harsh. These I gave 5 stars since I can tell right away they helped.
Durable, helps cushion the minimal suspension travel on my F350 front end so no hatch bottoming out over hard bumps.
The SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit works great had for over a year pair them with SumoSprings solo custom helper springs and truck tows great even when I have 14k pounds on my trailer. An most I have ever squatted is around 2in in rear with my 2016 f250.
I have not taken out on a long trip
