Furrion Chill RV AC Unit to Replace Dometic

Question:

I have been having trouble with domestic ac not cooling 3rd in 6 years. My question is can I replace the domestic 15000 with the furrion, what conversion or any if needed, and what is the warranty on the furrion and does etrailer service these warranties. From my experience these ac’s are not repairable except for minor issues, they are usually throw and buy another which is a company engineering or money making issue. I do have a ducted system and multi zone thermostat. Thank you for your time and knowledge.

We have a version of the Furrion Chill HE that was designed for replacing Dometic units like yours with the 15k BTU part # FR42PV. This will bolt right up to your current air distribution box and also has same wiring connector needed as well. The warranty is 2 years long and we do not service the units.
