what colors are for . like red for brakes or yellow headlight.what ia which? thanks

On a 4-Way flat connector like the 4-Pole 60 Inch Long Vehicle End, # 18002, that you have referenced, white is the ground wire. The brown wire is for the taillights/running lights. Yellow is for left turn signal and brakes. Green is for right turn signal and brakes.
