Replacement Companion Bases for the Ford OEM Puck System

Question:

is there a way to use an older style bandw companion 5th wheel hitch the kind that ped into a goose neck, on a new ford that has the puck set up? ie. adaptor plate or something

There is a way to reuse the head of your current B&W Companion Hitch but you will need to replace the base with either the fixed Replacement Base item # BWRVB3300 or the Replacement Slider Base item # BWRVB3370. Both of these bases fit in the Ford factory puck system.

There isn't an adapter that will allow you to use your Companion hitch in its current form in the Ford puck system. Another option is to sell your current Companion hitch and purchase one of the ones listed below that fit in the Ford pucks.
