Question:
How do I keep the arms from sliding out during a turn when not towing and stored on the back hitch of class C ?? Also it bounces around quite a bit? I thought it may lock into the horizontal position to prevent this but it seems freely able to bounce up as high as it wants? That + the ability for the arms to slide out seems dangerous

The best way to keep the Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar part # RM-576 secure while in transit is with a cover for which I recommend the Roadmaster Tow Bar Cover part # RM-055-3. The cover will not only help keep the arms for extending or bouncing around as much but it will also work to protect everything from rust and corrosion. We typically recommend a cover whenever storing the tow bar outside for extended periods of time anyhow.
