Will KBO Ranger w/ Running Boards and e-Bike Fit On Hollywood Racks Destination Without Hitting?

Will my KBO Ranger with the running boards and another e-bike fit on this rack with the 11” spacing? Thank you.

As long as your other e-bike doesn't have running boards or anything sticking far away from the frame you will be just fine.
The running boards on your KBO Ranger are 6.5" wide so you'll still have 4.5" clearance when you have them both installed on the Hollywood Racks Destination # HLY66ZR you were looking at as it has 11" between the bikes as you mentioned.
I did notice your KBO Ranger weighs 77lbs, and the # HLY66ZR is limited to 70lbs per bike so make sure you remove the battery and whatever else is needed to keep it under that 70lb max.
