WHAT IS THE DIAMETER OF THE HOLE IN THE SECURE PIN? WILL A LOCK WITH THE SHACKLE DIAMERTER OF 7/16 in FIT? BASICALLY IM TRYING TO USE IT WITH A LOCK Abus #190CS/60 WILL IT FIT? THANKS!

The max shackle diameter for the Blaylock EZ Lock Trailer Coupler Lock part # BLTL-33 is 3/8". It's designed to be used with the Master Lock Stainless Steel Padlock part # ML40D or similar which has a 3/8" diameter shackle.
