I have a rp66074 where do I fine the chart to fine the height of trunnion bar. to set the angle of the head

While these do provide complete adjustment instructions for the hitch head angle the chart you referred to (from page 2 of the instructions) is also provided in the linked photo.
The chart includes images of several coupler styles and provides the spring bar height (dimension Y) based on the coupler style and measured coupler height.
