Can you please tell me the proper torque setting for the 3/4 in. bolts that connect the head to the shank. Thank you very much Arn.

Yes I can. The bolts that hold the head to the shank in Strait-Line Weight Distribution System, # RP66074, will need to be torqued to 300 foot pounds. The installation instructions state that if a proper torque wrench is not available, torque them to 150 pounds then turn the nuts an additional 1/4 turn.
I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view. The torque rating can be found on page 2 in the High-Performance Ballmount Adjustment section and below the diagrams of the head. I have also included a link to a video showing a typical installation.
