Does Curt Hitch For 2020 Lexus RX 350 Require Fascia Trimming

Question:
For 2020 Lexus RX350 and part C73DR: Does this hitch involve any cutting on the body the Draw-Tite for my vehicle does, but I would prefer one that requires no body/facia modifications? Does the cross-tube show? If yes, can this hitch be supplied without the stickers on it? Can you provide a picture on a vehicle similar to mine?

According to the directions, underbody fascia trimming is required for your 2020 Lexus RX 350 for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C73DR.
The crosstube does not show, but I cannot provide a picture on a vehicle similar to yours. as we haven't done an install.
