The Replacement BOLT Lock Cylinder for Tailgate Handle # BL709231 for the BOLT tailgate handle # BL5922987 is not compatible with your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 however I do have another option for you.
Check out the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock # PAL8140. This custom tailgate lock will wire into your existing power door locks, so when you go to lock your truck your tailgate will also lock.
This has been custom fit to fit your vehicle and integrate into your OEM tailgate handle and will wire into your power lock system using quick splice connectors.
