What Modifications are Needed to Install Hidden Hitch on 2022 Lexus RX 450H

Re: Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2 Item # DT58GR Please can you confirm that the installation of this hitch Item # DT58GR on my 2022 Lexus RX 450h is basically out of the box bolt-on and does NOT require any removal, modification, or trimming the rear bumper facia, and that the only modification that may be required is bending the exhaust heat shield to prevent contact w the hitch. Also, is there a mount available for the 4 way wring connector so that it does not just hang from zip ties when not in use? Thank you,

The Hidden Hitch part # DT58MR that you referenced does not require any drilling to install and would only require some minor heat shield modification like you mentioned.

Then for trailer wiring you'd want the Tekonsha kit part # 118255 which installs very easily and is very reliable. With that said it does store underneath the vehicle but this is the only style available for your vehicle.
