Does this fit a Rieco Titan tripod jack for a slide in camper?

The Replacement Sidewind Gear Kit for etrailer and Ram Square, Direct Weld Jacks # TJD-7000S-GR you mention is designed to work with the TJD-5000S and TJD-7000S series jacks and will not work with your Rieco Titan Jack.
However, since we don't have any replacement gears that'll work with your current jack then you may be interested in a new jack system.
If so, then I recommend checking out the Brophy Cable Camper Jacks # CJ74.
These jacks have a lift range of 17" to 67", a maximum combined weight capacity of 3,000-lbs, and measures 76" overall when fully assembled.
