What is the Lithium Charge Rate of the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel - 45 Amp

Question:

Hi, I purchased the PD4045KA but have not opened the package or installed. The reason is I have read the published User/installation guide and the PD4045KA does not seem to provide the correct Lithium charge profile of 14.4 sustained charge until the battery is fully charged. The PD4045KA charge profile looks like its for Lead-Acid or AGM Battery at 13.6 Just like the one installed currently in the RV. Yes, I do see a boost every 21 hours for 15 minutes to 14.4 volt but charging the battery at 13.6 is not ideal for Lithium batteries in my opinion. I do see that one of the e-trailer experts reported he talked with Progressive Dynamics and they said a Lithium switch was added to the PD4045KA. This fact is not documented in any of the literature with the PD4045KA nor with the PD4045KV. I have an email into Progressive Dynamics but not sure they will answer it regarding this question. So, I wish to return the PD4045KA unopened. It does not appear to meet my needs for Lithium charging. What I wish to do now is bypass my wf-8740ps converter charger and buy a floor mount model converter charger and need a recommendation for a floor mount converter charger if this is a viable solution. The Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger part # PD4045KA is compatible with lithium batteries. There is a lithium switch on the converter section that once engaged, will send a constant 14.6 volts. I have attached for you below a photo of the switch and the section of the manual which goes over the above in more detail.
