Currently the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP56018-53 are the only 5th wheel rails I can find to fit your 2023 Ram 1500 4 wheel drive. These were confirmed by Draw-Tite while Curt has not yet to confirm their Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16307-204 will fit the 2023 model year. Both these kits have the same mounting points in the Industry Standard Rail pattern.
If you have not yet selected a 5th wheel hitch the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550040 is specifically designed for short bed 1/2 ton trucks. This will fit into the Industry Standard Rails above and will slide up to 22-1/2" back to give you clearance when maneuvering your 5th wheel.
