I have a 2017 Ram 3500 Tradesman with an 8ft bed. I am interested in how much the BWRVK3600 weighs. I know that it is a total of 212 lbs, but I believe that it can be taken out in two parts. How much do each of those parts weigh?

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3600 weighs 226 lbs. You are correct it can be broken down into two parts.
The head weighs 70 lbs
The base weighs 156 lbs.
