The Valterra RV Sewer Hose Carrier # A04-5094BK has a 4-1/2" inner diameter and the Camco RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hose w Swivel Fittings # CAM39761 is approximately 3" in diameter so you'll be able to fit all of it except for the 90 degree elbow portion of the 4-in-1 adapter. You'd need to just remove that part to fit the rest of the hose inside of the carrier.
