Question:
My 2018 Exployer has the 3.5L Duratec/Ti-VCT engine, is front wheel drive. Can this be towed 4 wheel down? If so, what beyond the tow bar, hitch etc. do I need? Thanks,

The 2018 Ford Explorer FWD with 3.5L Duratec can be flat-towed with all four wheels down per the owner's manual. In order to do so you'd need a list of components, of which I have attached below.
Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-524446-5 (No Active Air Shutters)
Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-524453-5 (With Active Air Shutters)
Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar part # RM-676
Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit part # RM-154
Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System part # HM39524
