On a 19 Tacoma TRD SPORT is the skid plate permanently removed or reinstalled?

Yes, the TRD skid plate will need to be removed or heavily modified to reinstall on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma with front mount trailer hitch like the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65070. Unfortunately, they both just simply mount in the same place so they cannot be used together. I have attached the installation instructions for you below as well if you would like to see how it installs further.
