Though we have class 3 hitches available for your 2023 Kia Sportage, we do not have any class one hitches. I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e38KR. After installation it will give your vehicle a clean off the factory look with only the two inch receiver head showing. It has a bolt-on installation with no welding required. If you're needing to reduce the 2 inch receiver to a 1-1/4 inch receiver you can do that by using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter # C45770. Using this adapter will reduce your hitch's weight capacity by 50 percent. The Curt Hitch has a maximum tongue weight up to 525 pounds so cutting that in half you will have plenty of tongue weight to haul your bike rack or cargo carrier.

If you ever plan on towing a trailer you will also need the Curt T-Connector Harness # C99DR and the Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45554. I linked an installation video of the etrailer hitch being installed onto a 2022 Kia Sportage. The installation process will be the same for your 2023 Kia Sportage.
