I do have some options for you as the Bulldog Winch Off-Road Winch Mounting Plate # BDW23001 will only fit the GEN III 2016-2019 Toyota Tacoma.

We do have the Westin MAX Bull Bar with Winch Mounting Tray # 46-41605-21605 for the front of your 2015 Toyota Tacoma. This will only fit on 4wd versions and you are able to add Tow Hooks # 46-3005 to provide protection and recovery mounting points.

There is also the Curt Front Mount Receiver # 31313 which would allow you to mount a winch to the Mount Plate # C31010. This may be a better option as it will allow you to use the winch on either the front or rear of your Tacoma. It also gives you the ability to carry other accessories when you are not needing to carry the winch.
