What Are The Dimensions Of MAX Winch Mount Tray 46-23735?

Question:
I have a 2011 F-350 with a grill guard Ranch Hand Legend and am trying to decide if this winch tray will fit between the uprights. This is one of the few winch trays that does not appear to interfere with how the grill guard mounts. Two key measurements I need are: - Width of the widest point of the tray - Depth from the widest point of the tray to the ear on the mounting bracket that attaches to the bumper Thank you.

As seen in the attached photos, the Westin MAX Winch Mounting Tray - Black Powder Coated Steel # 46-23735 measures 44" long and measures 10" from the front of the tray to the mounting tab. This is confirmed to fit the 2011 Ford F-350.
