Will T-Max Tow Hooks Fit a 2010 Ford F-250/350 with T-Max Winch Tray and Bull Bar Installed

Hi I have a westin t-max winch tray with bull bar, will these tow hooks work with it?

I spoke with my contact at Westin and he said that yes, you can install the Westin T-Max tow hook # 46-3005 with the winch tray and bull bar already installed. You may just have to loosen some things up to get everything in position before tightening it all back down again.
