What is the towing capacity of the Winch Mounting Plate and what is the thickness of the metal it is made out of? Also what is the towing capacity of the stock tow hook replacement Westin T-Max Tow Hook Item # 46-3005 that or an option for this Winch Mounting Tray?

The short answer is that # 46-43635-23635 is going to be rated for whatever your 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler is rated for. The winch tray is designed for use with 8K to 12K winches but your Jeep is likely going to be rated under 8,000 pounds. The tray itself is rated for 16,500 pounds line pull. The metal is about 1/4 inch thick. The tow hook # 46-3005 is rated for 12,000 pounds straight line pull.
