I have a 2019 Jeep wrangler 2dr hardtop. Will this rack system accommodate the Thule hullavator?

Yes, there is a Thule roof rack that will accommodate a Thule Hullavator but you will need one with longer crossbars. The Thule Hullavator item # TH898 requires crossbars that extend 4" - 8" past the legs to allow the lift assist function to work. You will need the following parts:
Thule ProBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - 69" Long - Qty 2 item # TH713600
Rapid Gutter Feet for Thule Crossbars - Rain Gutters - 5" Tall - Qty 4 item # TH65BJ
This system is compatible with the Thule Hullavator and will give you the required clearance for the lift assist function to operate. I have linked an installation video below.
If you do not like silver crossbars then you will need to use the 2019 Jeep Wrangler Roof Rack by Rhino Rack which includes the following parts:
