Is There a Larger Roof Vent Cover for the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vents

Question:

I have the Maxxair Deluxe fan with built-in rain guard on my RV. Even though it has a screened rain guard as the cover that raises and lowers, I am looking for a separate and additional rain cover to keep the snow weight and hail off the fan cover itself. It obviously will be oversized from the standard models because I bought the largest one the dealership had and it would not allow the Maxxair Deluxe fan to raise and would not fit over the fan cover itself. I saw your article answer about SKU: 00-05301K and watched the video but the fan is not the Maxxair Deluxe .

I do have an option for you but we don't have a roof vent cover that would fit over the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vents like part # MA00-07500K since it already has one built-in. If you want to use a separate large roof vent cover like the MaxxAir II RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover part # MA86JR you'd have to downgrade to the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent part # MA00-04500K. You'd loose a few features switching to this vent fan but you'd also add more protection due to their being a second layer.
