I have a 2022 F250 with a 69 bed. using a Bakflip MX4 cover, need a rack to carry my kyack. Is Adarack the only choice?

Yes, due to how the BAKflip MX4 # BAK48330 you have on your 2022 Ford F-250 short bed installs the only ladder rack that's going to work is the Adarac Pro Series part # A4000952 which installs through the stake pockets and has vertical uprights that will allow the cover to fold up. Uprights that angle in would interfere with folding panels.
