I found this on your site: Base Plates, Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit, # RM-523193-5. This fits all trim levels WITHOUT lower active grill shutters. Also Roadmasters website indicates No lower shutters. What base plate can I use on my 2022 Chevy Equinox LS, which DOES HAVE lower active grill shutters.

The Roadmaster Direct Connect base plate kit part # RM-523193-5 that you referenced does fit models of the 2022 Chevy Equinox that have the active shutters but you will need to trim them. This is mentioned in the attached install instructions for this base plate kit.
