Hello, I am looking to flat tow a 2021 Ram Rebel 4wd and need all the applicable parts. Base plate, tow bar, wiring, braking. Wondering what systems can be used?

For your 2021 Ram 1500 Rebel, you're going to first need:

A base plate kit. I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-522205-5. This base plate is a confirmed direct fit to your vehicle and will provide a mounting point for a set of tow bars like the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights - RV Mount # RM-676.

These tow bars have an 8,000-lbs capacity, include a set of safety cables, a 7-6 way power cord, and have an integrated LED strip for low light level conditions.

Next, you're going to need a braking system. I recommend checking out the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink Monitor - Proportional # DM86VR. This system will provide proportional braking to your toad, is made in the USA, and is a one-time setup, so you don't need to remove this every time you tow.
