Question:

I have a new 2023 Silverado 2500 with the full HD Surround Vision System. To take advantage of the full capabilities an optional GM auxiliary camera is required that has a a coaxial interface connection beside the trailer light connection see attached photo. My trailer is a Forrest River, River Ranch 392MB that is pre-wired for a Furrion camera system see attached photo. I dont want to deal with the GM add-on cameras external routed cable since my RV is already pre-wired for a rear camera. Does anyone make an adapter to convert the Furrion Wi-Fi signal to the coax interface the Silverado needs to receive the video signal for integration into the HD Surround Vision System?

There is currently no way to connect the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS05TASF to the GM Surround Vision system on your 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. You will have to use the monitor included with the Furrion camera on your Forest River River Ranch 392MB. You will also need the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter # FR87PR as your Silverado uses a Pulse Wave Modulation which will not provide the wireless camera with the correct power it needs to run when connected.

If you decide you prefer to use the GM vision system you will need to get the camera and wiring from a GM dealer.
