Yes, the Extang Trifecta 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover # EX89CV will fit your 2023 Nissan Frontier with a 5' bed. You'll want to clean it with the Extang Tonno Tonic Protectant Spray for Vinyl Tonneau Covers # EX1181.
You can use water to help clean it off but this spray not only cleans it but helps to protect it as well which is why I recommend using it.
