Hi I purchased 2 disc brake kits K2HR526D for 5200lbs axels. Can you tell me what Pads I need for this set up please. Thanks

The Kodiak Ceramic Brake Pads # K225CP are the correct replacement for your # K2HR526D. If you would prefer stainless steel backing plates you could also use the # K225CPSS.
