Question:
What is the inner diameter of the small end of the flange? Im guessing the OD 2 and 2/8inch measurement is the flared, wide end of the flange.

The Replacement Flange for Phoenix Faucets RV Concealed Tub and Shower Faucets # PF184005 is 1-1/16" on the inner diameter on the end of the flange. Do note the threads inside the flange are for a 1" thread against the wide portion of the flange. I included an image with the exact measurements as I thought the 2-2/8" sounded wrong, so I remeasured the flange with a digital caliper. The widest portion of the flange is 1-3/8".
